Today at the Intermot show in Cologne we saw the motorcycle manufacturers unveil their latest 2017 machinery to tempt us and BMW Motorrad were right in the forefront with some seriously good looking motorcycles and equipment.

Retaining its 199bhp credentials despite the EU4 compliance, the new S 1000 RR is set to continue its dominance in the stock racing classes. Power, agility and stability make this bike utterly addictive.

The S 1000 R gets more power with a stonking 165bhp RR derived motor, the option of a blipper with Shift Assist Pro and a standard Akrapovic titanium sports exhaust to enhance the already rasping soundtrack. Revised looks, vibration reducing bars and new options such as the beautiful HP forged rims make this an intoxicating road bike.
