This was my first service at Bahnstormer. A much more pleasant ride than my previous service provider, even in the rain. I usually get a loan bike but the “while you wait” service works for me.
A bit more than one and a half hours, with a full english breakfast across the road and I brought my book.
Good service, friendly staff and I like your video! Having a professional technician look over the bike at regular intervals is reassuring.
I have often thought that it would be nice to meet the man and to ask silly questions and hear his observations on the bike. I am very pleased, and will see you again at 18,000 miles.

This weekend I visited Barnstormer Alton and wanted to let you know of what can only be described as outstanding customer service.
I had recommended my brother to BMW and Barnstormer in particular as I had bought my motorcycle from them late last year.
My brother had visited on his own and bought a 2015 RT but mentioned my name during his purchase. On the day on collection he asked if I would accompany him to collect his new machine and that Danny Kinally (Sales Manager) had mentioned me.
On Sat we arrived to collect his RT and immediately I was met by Danny with a warm smile and genuine welcome. During the handover of my brothers bike we were handed over to Mike who took his time to ensure my brother was fully appraised of his new purchase. Danny asked for the keys for my (very dirty) motorcycle and unexpectedly had it cleaned for me.
This was beyond what I have ever experienced at ANY dealership and not only left me realising why I visited Barnstormer, but just went to affirm to my brother he had made the right decision to visit too.

Just a quick email to say a massive thank you for the delivery of my Triple Black.
Collected yesterday at about three, home just after five and now has a whooping 47 miles on the clock. Unfortunately I’ve got no time this week to use it due to personal commitments.
Big thanks to John, Ed, who did the handover, Danny and the boys behind the scenes.
This has been a massive change for me from my usual style of bike and I will not pretend it’s been easy, there has been quite a bit of soul searching and “Oh God what have I done?” moments.
It’s early days I know but I am so so chuffed, even the wife had asked me to stop smiling. Personally I cannot believe I’ve bought one, but the TB looks amazing and I loved my journey home. Lots of trips booked for next year and now really excited and to top it off I can take some clothes on next years trips as I have some pannier space.
Please pass on my thanks to your brilliant team. Best dealership I’ve ever dealt with, end of!
