We have worked really hard to deliver a workshop service that has acceptable lead times through the summer months. Investing significantly in facilities, staff and systems at our Alton centre has now positioned us as one of the largest BMW workshops in the country with 10 ramps fitted out to the highest standards.

You still bring your bike to the main showroom and watch it being worked on while you enjoy a coffee except that now it’s via a 60″ screen connected to our workshop’s camera system. Whilst you bike is with us, we conduct a complimentary Vehicle Health Check that provides you with the information you need to know about the condition of your bike. To help you understand what we look at, the technician prepares a video where they highlight any recommendations or if it’s a clean bill of health they’ll just talk you through what we look out for.

Once you have viewed your video, you can approve any work you want completed at the visit at the touch of a button. Each item is individually priced so you can manage your budget and know exactly what to expect when your bike is ready for collection.

Finally, when you bike has been test ridden and the work signed off, it gets handed over to our valeters for a complimentary wash before being returned to you.
