Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited recommends that you print out and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

This site is owned and operated by Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited (‘Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’). These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

The Contract Between Us

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited. Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

General Terms

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover the Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Payment Details

Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited accepts payment by SagePay and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion. We use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information, click here to view SAGEPay security policy.

Availability of Goods You Order

If Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible by email at the address given by you on your order form. If you do not wish to proceed at this point, a refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange any items, please email partsalton@bahnstormer.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Items which are not required can be returned for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will not be covered. Please return items to our shipping address above.

Order Deadlines for Next Day Delivery

Orders received via the online store before 2pm will be processed in time for next day delivery. Due to Sunday closure, orders received after 2pm on Friday, during Saturday or Sunday will be processed for delivery on the following Tuesday.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order is faulty or received damaged, please notify us by email at  partsalton@bahnstormer.co.uk upon receipt. Subject to availability, we will arrange replacement of the faulty or damaged item. We will cover the shipping cost of regular parcel post for the return of the faulty item. Return shipping costs will only be refunded if an item is damaged, defective or we have made an error in sending out the correct item. Please ensure that the returned item is packaged in a way that it won’t get damaged. Refunds may take 7 days to process on receipt of your returned item. We will contact you to let you know that your refund has been processed and that payment will be returned by whatever means you originally paid. Changes to This Agreement

Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and act as a credit broker, and not a lender. Our registration number is FRN 659310. Bahnstormer Motorrad Limited is also an Appointed Representative of AutoProtect (MBI) Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for Insurance distribution, their reference number is 312143. Lenders pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders will pay different commissions for such introductions. However, any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. We also receive commission as a proportion of premium paid from our insurance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them.
