Based at our Maidenhead store (SL6 7NG) we’re looking for a positive and optimistic individual with a full car and motorcycle license who enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsible for valeting motorcycles to the very highest standard you’ll have an excellent eye for detail and be able to work to tight schedules.
Delivering and collecting motorcycles around the UK, you’ll need to be very confident loading and unloading bikes and enjoy creating a great customer experience whilst doing so.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Overtime on Saturday’s if required

Reward:

£35K basic salary

£200/month CSP – >95% across ‘New Sales’, ‘Used Sales’ and ‘Enquiry Fulfilment’.

6% Department direct profit.

Responsibilities:

  • Agreeing, managing and achieving budget.
  • Managing and achieving all aspects of sales and finance related targets from BMW, be they qualitative of quantitative.
  • Managing New, Used and Demo stock levels.
  • Creating and maintaining a robust and high-quality lead management process.
  • Collating accurate information on the department’s achievements and ensure that the DOC reflects this.
  • Managing stock aging and profile – having policies in place to deal with overage stock and protecting against stock becoming fully paid.
  • Coaching and motivating your team to deliver the highest levels of performance.
  • Work alongside your management team peers to deliver cohesive positive outcomes.
  • Manage your team’s staffing levels, holiday and absences.
  • Ensuring that our legal and professional obligations are met or exceeded. This includes FCA compliance training and reporting, money handling and deal control.
  • Ensure that the quality of motorcycles being delivered as well as the agreed condition of part-exchanges and direct purchases are as agreed with the customer and meet the expectations of the Brand.
  • New motorcycle production is ordered and maintained in accordance with sales desirability.
  • Build and maintain a constructive relationship with BMW and other supplying manufacturers.
  • Create marketing ideas to support target achievement.
  • Support ride outs and other activities to build customer relationship.

Is it for you?

  • Retail motor industry experience and particularly has experience of a target driven sales environment.
  • Experience in selling finance and insurance products.
  • Keyloop Drive DMS experience.
  • Numerate and good written skills, Word, Excel etc
  • Motorcycle licence.
  • A team leader that can inspire others.
  • Customer focused and able to strive for consistently good outcomes.
  • Delivers results and motivated to see things through.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (regular day off in week)

Saturday 08:30 – 17:00

We are looking for a Senior Technician to complement our team in the workshop and MOT facility at Bahnstormer Maidenhead.

You will have strong in-depth knowledge of both the mechanical and electrical aspects of motorcycle repair and diagnostics and be able to consistently and reliably work under pressure and to a very high standard. We service and repair BMWs but if your background is with other manufacturers then training will be supplied. Also, should you be looking for a change from the motorcar or other sectors then this would be considered if you have a full motorcycle license. You will be rewarded with an excellent earning opportunity within a forward thinking and progressive company with a high quality working environment.

The Bahnstormer Group enjoys an excellent reputation built on trust and quality workmanship. We now employ 46 people and have a turnover in excess of £19M. Peak hours in the workshop are circa 1,000 invoiced hours a month. Salary – Basic £30K-35K with an OTE of up to £45K

Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 to 18:00 with occasional Saturdays.
